Seminars, Workshops and Webinars
One of the many benefits INA offers its members is training and education offered through the various seminars the Iowa Newspaper Foundation sponsors throughout the year. INA members annually have access to dozens of experts in all fields of the newspaper business. In addition, the INF has partnered with Southern Newspaper Publishers Association to produce Online Media Campus, which offers at least 20 high-quality webinars annually to newspaper professionals across the country. Topics covered by seminars, workshops and webinars include advertising, technology/digital age, copy editing, photography, basic reporting, sports writing, newspaper design, ag reporting, public notice advertising, online workshops and more. Convention
The INA Convention and Trade Show is the largest gathering of Iowa newspaper professionals of the year. Newspaper publishers, editors, writers, photographers and more converge in Des Moines of two days of educational seminars, social get-togethers, awards dinners and entertainment.
