Once we receive your release, we double check
your copy for typographic and spelling errors and then send
it on its way. Our computer establishes telephone contact
with computer receivers at each site to deliver your message
into typesetting systems or onto high speed printers. In
cases of large newspapers, electronic media and wire services,
transmissions are made within 2 hours. To smaller sites,
transmission schedules have been prearranged to be well
in advance of their next news deadline.
If you do not have computer telecommunications
capabilities, we can receive copy on our FAX machine and
input it onto the network system. A $10 input fee applies.
Please Note: A press release is designed to be sent to journalists in order to encourage them to develop articles on the subject of the release. The decision to publish material from a press release is at the sole discretion of the media outlet. This service is designed to deliver press releases to the desired media; the INA makes no guarantee, explicit or implied, that any media outlet will publish any release. The only way to guarantee your desired material will be published is to place a paid advertisement.
