Legislative Directory
One of the vital roles Iowa’s newspaper
publishers play is to contact their local senators and representatives
in the case an adverse bill is introduced into legislation. When
a bill seen as detrimental to the newspaper is introduced, INA puts
into action a legislative alert, asking publishers to contact their
local legislators and tell them why the bill is not good for Iowa.
