When you receive an advertising insertion order from CNA, read the order carefully. If there is any information contained in the order that you do not agree with, or if there are requests with which you cannot comply, contact the Media Department by phone at 515-244-2145, ext. 152; by email at media@cnaads.com or by fax at 515-244-4855.

Keep CNA informed of any changes in your advertising rates, any policy changes regarding advertising, etc. CNA is an extension of your newspaper advertising department and would appreciate the same information and tools you supply to your own staff.
